Carers have an important role to play in the Healthcare ecosystem, however, they are always being neglected especially in the Primary care setting. This presentation is to discuss the strategy and operations of a newly developed Digital Platform - Carerhood (funded by GSK). It aims to support the Carers by providing not only updated disease information for better care of their loved ones but also self-care content which is crucial for Carers to support their sustainable and balanced life.
