Sankari is a full-stack AI engineer who is dedicated to driving innovation in healthcare and is the founder of AI-HUT in Dubai. He volunteers as a mentor in "AI in Medicine" specialization for Coursera, and as an Event Ambassador for deeplearning.ai, contributing both as a keynote speaker and an author.

Originally hailing from Estonia and currently residing in Berlin, Paula Sandrak is an all-rounder healthcare product strategist. She has worked in teams developing biologics and pharmaceuticals, medical devices, digital and AI healthcare solutions, across start ups, SMEs and corporate giants alike. Sandrak is particularly passionate about figuring out solutions to unmet needs in the chronic disease space. Her integrated background from medical sciences, strategy consulting, and healthcare product development have enabled her to roll up her sleeves to bridge the gap between engineering, medicine, science and business in various product development contexts, most recently in predictive AI that is enabling smarter and more efficient clinical decision making. In her other roles, Sandrak is also working directly with patients as a Mayo Clinic-trained health and wellness coach.
