The 4th Digital Health Conference will take place on the 17th and 18th of October 2024 in a 4 stars hotel in Lisobn. The hotel will abe announced soon.

You need to book the hotel room yourself. You can choose any hotel in Lisbon, or book a room in the conference hotel website.

A colleague/group discount is considered to be three or more registrations from the same company/organization.

If you need to cancel before June 30th, you will receive a refund minus the €795 administrative fee. If you need to cancel after September 30th, you or a colleague from the same company will receive a 50% discount on any of UBIQ’s upcoming events. Valid for 2 years.

Business casual. We want you to be comfortable for learning and networking. Conference rooms tend to be cold, so we strongly suggest you have a sweater on hand.

Ask the hotel registration staff for the location of the meeting room. We are listed with the hotel under our company name, UBIQ events, or the name of the event “4th Digital Health Conference”.

We are offering 5 speaking slots of 30\40 minutes.

We are offering 6 exhibitor stand spaces at the conference.

We have 2 different sizes:

4m2 for Platinum Sponsors

3m2 for Silver Sponsors

The greatest visibility you can gain will be through the Platinum Package, where you will enjoy a larger stand area measuring 4 m2, plus a 40-minute presentation.

Each sponsorship package includes a number of free tickets that can be used by any representative of your company.

In order for your company’s name and logo to be included on conference promotional materials in accordance with your sponsorship level, you must complete and submit your application, payment, and company logo no later than 30 days prior to the conference. However, sponsorship spots are limited, therefore the earlier you submit your application, the better chance you have of securing a spot.
