Please make sure to book the hotel room yourself. You can choose any hotel in Madrid, or book a room on the conference hotel website.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, as a gesture of flexibility, we provide a bonus credit equivalent to the value paid, which can be applied to any upcoming UBIQ events within two years.

Business casual. We want you to be comfortable for learning and networking. Conference rooms tend to be cold, so we strongly suggest you have a sweater on hand.

Ask the hotel registration staff for the location of the meeting room. We are listed with the hotel under our company name, UBIQ events, or the name of the event “5th Digital Health Conference”.

We are offering 5 speaking slots of 30\40 minutes.

We are offering 6 exhibitor stand spaces at the conference.

We have 2 different sizes:

4m2 for Platinum Sponsors

3m2 for Bronze Sponsors

The greatest visibility you can gain will be through the Platinum Package, where you will enjoy a larger stand area measuring 4 m2, plus a 40-minute presentation.

Each sponsorship package includes a number of free tickets that can be used by any representative of your company.

Bronze – 2 tickets

Silver – 1 ticket

Gold – 2 tickets

Platinum – 3 tickets

In order for your company’s name and logo to be included on conference promotional materials in accordance with your sponsorship level, you must complete and submit your application, payment, and company logo no later than 30 days prior to the conference. However, sponsorship spots are limited, therefore the earlier you submit your application, the better chance you have of securing a spot.
